Happy Birthday to one of the most beautiful girls I know!
(Little Hali when they lived in Utah probably around 5 years ago)
Hali is my niece who started out as the cutest little baby and has grown into a beautiful girl. I know parents are the ones who are supposed to say, "They grow up so fast." But I'm stepping in and saying it!
Hali was seriously the most adorable child. She was the first grandchild, and first niece in our families. What a blessing she was too. She was funny, knew exactly what to do to get her way, knew how to get out of anything (which usually consisted of a smile and laugh...she still does that by the way), and was such a sweet heart, tender and loving. When Hali was born she was officially the most loved child on the face of the earth. Seriously, look at this picture above, who wouldn't agree that she is absolutely adorable?

She is starting to come into her own now and be her own person. She gets to be more and more beautiful every time I see her. She still has that smile that will get her out of anything and look at those big brown eyes. I hope this doesn't scare her, but I have a whole box of pictures of me smiling just like this! I still do it in most pictures, it must be a Perez thing.

She keeps us entertained while we are in Idaho Falls. Talent shows, stories, and games! She always speaks her mind and will always tell you how it is. (That's a quality we LOVE in the Perez Family)

She still has that tender loving side and has to put on a full show for me when I get up to IF because like I mentioned earlier...I have a hard time dealing with her getting so old! So every time she passes by I have to hug her, I'm sure she does it out of sympathy for me being so lame!! :) Being the first girl, first niece, etc. she will always be our little Hali no matter how old she gets!

In my unbiased opinion, Hali is definitely the most beautiful nine-year-old girl I have ever seen. Isn't it wonderful to know so much love too? Family is great!
I do have to say that she does look a lot like me, so yes of course I my opinion is completely biased and she is the most beautiful 9 year old ever!
Yep! She is Loved...this is Dad. I still think she is the smartest kid alive. Ya can't pull one over on her technically. Maybe street wise, you can. However, it's just opposite with her sister Niki! There, is a Perez street smart kid!!! Reminds me of two of my own daughters!!! ha ha ha
