We bought our refrigerator for the new house last Sunday!  Our builder let us deliver the fridge last night even though we have three more weeks before closing.  It's a standard refrigerator, pretty deep because it was really inexpensive, but it still fit in the space.

Getting it into the house was the hard part!  The laundry room door which is right off the kitchen is only 30" wide.  So yeah, that math doesn't work.  We had to take the entry door off the hinges to get the fridge inside the house.  Then the guys had to carry it all the way through the house into the kitchen because I didn't want them to scratch the floors.  (We'll leave that up to the dogs!)  They finally got it in place and it looks great!

We met two of our neighbors last night and they seem like really nice people.  One of the guys helped with the fridge fiasco, he even let us use his tools since we weren't prepared to take the door off the hinges.

Next step, washer & dryer!  We're wishing we hadn't sold ours when we moved to Bellingham, but maybe this will be a chance to upgrade!

They have started building the fence, so we're really excited!!!
