It has snowed up here for the last few days and I'm doing my best to stay alive which means NOT going on the roads with those crazy Washington drivers! You would think these people haven't driven in snow EVER. No one can remember the last time it snowed this bad, apparently this is a record low for over a decade or something along those lines (details, right?).
So to stay safe and to keep Tom from having a heart attack at work, I'm staying inside with the dogs. I went out yesterday and his comment was, "what is so important that you have to leave the house." Costco...duh! I've become a regular.
By the way...the best thing ever is Champ sleeping in front of the fireplace.
He makes me crazy during the day jumping on everything and trying to get into anything he can get his little paws on, chewing socks, blankets, etc. But when he falls asleep in front of the fireplace conveniently located below the TV, it's perfect. I know where he is, I know what he is doing and it gives me time to watch the tube for a minute. I've switched to Curb Your Enthusiasm which is a show about Larry David, co-producer of Seinfeld, and it's hilarious.

gramps Johnny told me that it snowed 8 inches in Lancaster!!! I mean, it's the desert!!! We have a little snow and it's not the wet stuff you're getting
