Promontory Ridge

So I totally stole these pictures...so everyone shhh because I don't want to get arrested! Kidding.

Ok, the house below was the last house of cabinets I designed while living in Boise. I worked so hard on it too, it's not the fanciest or most decorative, but I definitely worked harder on this sale than ever before. The customer was so great to work with and we worked together for hours and I really had to sell him on using my company. When times get slow, people tend to promise the world and then mark it 15% off of any competitor. What homeowners don't realize is that they won't be getting the same quality or service! So finally we got the sale and it was scheduled to install about 3 weeks after I was moving. I kept in touch with the salesman on the account who had told me it installed great, but I hadn't seen it.

So when we were in Boise a couple weekends ago I convinced Tom to drive past the house. I was thinking if Matt, the homeowner, was there we could stop by and say hello. We drove by and not only was Matt's house for sale, but so were almost all of the other houses in the sub division! It was so sad! So I went and looked online for the house to see how much it was going for and he had great pictures, so that's where I took them from. The house is gorgeous, Matt is a realtor and his main goal was to make it a great living space with lots of upgrades that actually matter to a homeowner.
Anyway...that gives you an idea of what I do all week long...besides blogging! :)
