Tom finally did it.  

He bought himself a bike last weekend.  

This is Fred, owner of the bike shop, and a great guy.  

He let Tom test drive all the bikes he was looking at, while Fred hung out with me talking about England, Hawaii, school, kids, etc.  We had a blast, which was good, considering we spend the better half of our day there!  

We bought the Harley in Portland, so we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us.  Tom was such a trooper while riding through cold weather with only a jacket, jeans, & t-shirt.  

Here's the new bike!
