It is awesome that you guys are doing so great! Tony and I started using Calorie Count and really enjoy it. I also have read up on the Gluten-Free diet. Every time I try to feel sorry for myself that I can't have some ridiculously high-cal dessert at 10:30 at night I remind myself that Karen is rockin' out the G-Free diet like a champ (and rockin' the body, too!)
I have made it a month without pop (much better than my last attemp!) My next goal is less carbs so thanks for the motivation. Keep blogging about it to keep the rest of us motivated!! Miss ya lots.
