Maybe one day I'll own a house large enough for a whole Mother-in-law suite above the garage complete with it's own kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, living room, and bedroom.  In the mean time, I'll keep designing MILS for other families.  

They used Cherry cabinets with a really dark finish and I absolutely LOVE it!  As usual, right?  I only post my favorite jobs.  The pictures don't do it justice.  The cabinet color is so rich and you can see the wood grain through the finish really well, ah, it's amazing.  The tile work was fantastic, too!  Love the glass back-splash and the granite, although pretty standard, had some really fun veining too it.
