Tom and I had a great time the last week and a half visiting family, friends, and spending time with each other. We packed a lot of driving and activities into our trip, but it was definitely worth it. I have a lot of pictures, so I will be doing some blogging over the next few days. Here are a few that I had on my phone from our trip.
We made a little detour while driving so I could see the
famous town of Forks, WA. Yes, it's only famous to those
of us who have read the Twilight series. By the way, I
finished the 4th book and absolutely loved it!

Tom's sister got her first tattoo while we were in town.
The whole family sat in the family room while Cecelia
went into her parents room to tell/show her dad what
she had done. We all sat in silence waiting for him to explode,
but he took it well. I told her my dad is still in shock over mine. :)

Yes! I'm still thinking that the tatoo craz is just that. If I were a betting man, I would bet that these things that you kids are doing to yourselves is going to look really gross a when you get to be my age. Can ya imagine a granny with more AS_ than Dooleys Donkey Farm having a big ol' "Sweet Thang" tatooed just above the rump that is 2 axe handles wide? ha ha ha ha

Glad you had a fun vacation. I am excited for the rest of the pictures. I finished the 4th Twilight book and loved it! Was Forks like they described it in the book?
