"Holly the Fatty" and our bath experience

Ok, so as you know Holly is prego. She is seriously getting so fat, but its really odd because her stomach is getting longer, but not wider. She looks just gross and uncomfortable and this is gross in itself, but her nipples are huge! And she only has 11 which I thought was weird because shouldn't she have an equal number of nips? Her attitude has totally changed in the last couple months and it's been fun to see how she reacts to different situations. Whenever Champ tries to take something from her she freaks out! She will growl and cover up her bone or toy until he is too scared to be near her, then she goes on like nothing happened. Before she would chase him around and they would take turns stealing the toys from eachother.

The best was the other day when I decided it was bath time. I usually have to put the dogs on their leashes and drag them into the bathroom. I tricked Champ with a bone and Holly waddled in behind him. I shut the bathroom door and Champ started freaking out, running circles, barking and Holly just sat there. So I gave the bone to Champ and lifted Holly into the tub. When I bathe the dogs they try jumping out of the tub at least 3 times, they run away from the water and never hold still. Well, Holly just sat there the entire time. She didn't move once from the spot I set her in when I had to lift her into the tub. I thought it was so funny that she was too lazy to move. I turned off the water and usually they start shaking off at that time. She still just sat there. I took the towel and gave her a good hand drying, she still didn't jump out, she just looked up at me. I had to lift her fat butt out of the bath tub and she is getting heavy! Then instead of trying to escape like normal, she found the bone and laid down by it the entire time I was trying to bathe Champ. His was a normal bath, a lot of water splashing, yelling and holding onto him with a tight grip, then he jumped out when I turned off the water while I'm screaming trying to get him a little dry from the towel. It was a disaster for Champs bath.

I love to read your blog. I think it's funny that Holly is so kick back while pregnant, except when she wants it her way.

Oh, by the way, the anonymous comment is from your Aunt Karen. I don't have a blog and am not sure if I want one. Your mom saved yours, critter's, Julie's, and Ralph's on my computer so I look at them quite a bit. Send me an e-mail at kkmartz@verizon.net
